The staff at Pride Pharmacy is very helpful. They handle the prescriptions for our entire household, including the Rx for our dog. They always notify me when medicines are ready for pick up and always try to find ways to reduce the costs for my prescriptions. The most I’ve ever waited for a new prescription was 15 mins. WAYYYYY faster and more efficient and less expensive than Walgreens or CVS.

I love having a neighborhood pharmacy rather than one of the big national chain pharmacies - the personalized service is exactly what I want. The technicians at Midland Pharmacy know me and my husband, and so they coordinate the pick-up of our medications. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

I can't say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff are, especially Alex. She overheard me telling another pharmacy tech that I lost my insurance. By the time I pulled out of the parking lot I received a call from someone at Midland Medical calling to tell me I qualified for their insurance program without me knowing. I got enrolled and now I'm saving close to $3K a month on my insulin plus $400 a month on insurance premiums for the same plan I had from Marketplace. Now that is going above and beyond! Thanks to everyone at Midland for everything they do, I appreciate each and every one of them.

So happy that I changed from the large chain pharmacies to Midland Pharmacy. I love the service that I receive continuously from Midland. The pharmacist often calls me direct when my prescriptions are ready for renewal and always offer me the option to pickup or have it delivered. Very organized and efficient!

As a nurse I see many types of people. I have to interact with them. Midland Pharmacy is absolutely an amazing experience of customer service. I recently had an issue with my Blood Pressure and have to change some medications more than once. Every time I walk in Monica and the other staff treat me with excellence. CVS at five points should learn.

All my experiences at Midland Pharmacy in Broward County have been nothing short of exceptional. The level of service and professionalism consistently exceeds any other pharmacy I've encountered in the area. I want to specifically commend Monica and Alex, two technicians who consistently go above and beyond.
